How do I book?

What if I am late to my appointment?

We understand things happen. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you as far as possible.

How long are the treatments?

Please visit our menu for details of specific treatments. They range from 30 to 150 minutes in duration.

What if I have allergies or any medical condition?

Please speak to our professional team or include a note with your booking enquiry.

What if I am pregnant?

If you are pregnant, please speak to our professional team to ensure that only pregnancy-safe products are used during your treatment.

What if I have a child/children with me?

Regrettably, children are not permitted in the spa. However, should you be staying at the hotel, our concierge team can assist in arranging a babysitting service at an additional cost.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

The youngest we can accommodate is 5 years old. Please note, we recommend that children under 10 years only book mini treatments (30 minutes in duration).

Are refreshments included?

They are, indeed when it comes to our Tranquillity Milk Bath and Stress Relief treatments. Both include a glass of our luxury Cap Classique bubbly and a platter of delectable and nutritious treats.

What should I wear for my treatment?

We advise on simple comfortable clothes. Depending on your treatment, you will be given a luxury spa gown to wear.

Do you offer treatments for men and women?

Yes, absolutely we do. Please visit our menu here for details of facials, manis, pedis, massages and body wraps for men and women and for couples.

Do you have spa packages for couples or groups?

Your voucher is valid from the date of purchase for 6 full months.
