Set slightly apart from the main werf, these suites are designed for stillness, privacy and a closer connection to the vineyards. The estate continues around you, but at a softer distance. Light moves across the vines, the pace slows, and the day becomes more your own.
This is a stay for couples or solo travellers who want calm, space and vineyard views within a working heritage wine estate.

The Space
There are four Vineyard Suites, each accommodating 2 adults.
The suites offer a more contemporary expression of the estate, with a focus on privacy, light and the relationship between indoors and outdoors. They are designed for guests who want to retreat, rest and enjoy a quieter rhythm while still being part of the wider estate experience.
The Vineyard Suites are especially well suited to wine-focused stays, romantic escapes and guests who prefer a more secluded atmosphere.

At the centre of each suite is an extra length king size bed dressed in 300-thread count percale linen. To reflect our commitment to the land, we curate every space with farm-grown flowers and premium local products, honouring our regenerative farming practices and ecological stewardship.

The generous en-suite bathroom is finished in elegant marble, featuring a walk-in rain shower and a double basin vanity. Quality is found in every detail, from the heated towel rails with high-quality 710 gsm towels to the fine cotton velour bathrobes provided for your stay.

The Homestead, a meticulously restored national monument dating back to 1773, offers an intimate setting where our estate’s history is tangible. Whether joining us for an elegant farmhouse breakfast or a dinner of refined simplicity, you are dining within the original walls that have hosted guests for over two centuries.
It is a living tribute to Cape Dutch heritage and honest luxury, where seasonal flavours and our farm-to-table philosophy come together.

Are the Vineyard Suites suited to families?
They are better suited to couples, solo travellers or older children staying in their own rooms. Families needing shared space may prefer the Two-Bedroom Luxury Cottages or the Presidential Suite.

Pet Policy: Due to our sensitive ecosystem and the protection of our runner ducks, the entire estate has a strict no pet policy.
Deposits: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A 50 per cent deposit must be received within 48 hours of booking. For bookings within the cancellation period, a 100 per cent payment is required.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be received in writing. Within 42 days of arrival: 50 per cent fee applies. Within 28 days, no-shows, or premature departures: 100 per cent fee applies.
Privacy: Your data is protected in accordance with the South African POPIA Act.
