Three centuries

The vineyards

The four

December, january, february and march

  • Canopies are manged by carefully tucking the shoots inbetween the wires.
  • Bunches are opened to be exposed to the sun by removing the leaves.
  • Growth is controlled by tipping and topping of the shoots.
  • Harvesting happens in February, March until the beginning of April.
  • As the grapes ripen the winemaker visits the vineyards daily to taste and analyse the grapes.
