Clara\u2019s Barn, the oldest building on our estate, is currently undergoing a visionary transformation. As part of the European Heritage Project, this historic structure is being meticulously restored to its former glory to house a new era of refined dining.<\/p>

Michelle Theron<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cape Town\u2013born and \u2013bred, Michelle refined her craft in leading Winelands kitchens, with formative stints in Michelin-starred European restaurants. Widely travelled, she brings an international perspective to Cape cuisine, yet her approach remains rooted in authenticity, heritage-inspired flavours, and a deep sense of place.<\/p>

Her credentials include being named among South Africa\u2019s Top 10 Women Chefs (2021) and recognition as a regional finalist in the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition (Africa & Middle East).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
