There\u2019s a quiet confidence in the way Le Roux Malan, the newly appointed Hotel Operations Manager at Vergenoegd L\u00f6w Wine Estate, talks about his role \u2013 and it\u2019s not just about managing logistics or ticking boxes. He first joined the estate in November 2024 as Food & Beverage and Events Manager, and just a few months later, in June 2025, he stepped into his new role, overseeing all hospitality operations on the estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a mindset that truly shone during one of his most memorable moments on the estate: the sold-out Jazz Under the Stars event in March this year. \u201cIt brought our entire team together in a collaborative way.
